Solid Snake [RA2/YR] SHP

I've been working on a personal project which I call "Celebrity Red Alert" in which I have made a bunch of famous characters from other video games, movies, and even a couple from my favorite anime. This is one of my creations, a recolour of the GI with a bit of additional editing, he has a mullet, and when he deploys he climbs into a cardboard box.

Since I made this unit I decided I wanted to make a new project called Metal Gear and Conquer, so I'm also still working on additional SHPs and Voxels to that theme. If anyone gives me feedback on this I might share my Big Boss SHP and Shagohod Voxel here too.

The infantry isn't bad, but you should have put more effort into the box, which would fit more into TD than in RA2 due to the very low detail/colorization/shading.
It would be also better if the box would look like an already existing box shaped object (e.g. a powerup crate), so the player doesn't notice immediately that it's the enemy.

Heheh, I tried that, but the box crate was even bigger. I left it like this and just used the unit with the cloaker tag, then made him uncrushable while in the box. You can send him into an enemy base, and leave him there for as long as you like =P

Eventually I might go back to this one and fix the box, I realized after posting it that its still too big.

Do one without the stupid box. Would make for a decent stealth trooper at least.

Whats the point of doing him without the box? If you want to make a stealth trooper with him you just don't give him a deploy tag =P. Since hes on the same sequence as the GI you'll never see the box unless he deploys.

This is excellent. I like the cartoony-ish feel of the box. Very awesome.

I like the idea a lot but LKO is right, the box is sub-par as doesn't do ol' Solid Snake justice.
