If you have DDRAW.dll in your directory, delete it and try again. Also, wrong thread.

terrain and terrain design is awesome
aswell as explosions and most of the effects.
some creatures feel out of place, a
nd some designs of the finished faction stuff feel well.....kind of awkward.

Not really a bug, but the Cyborg Commando can continue to be clicked on the side bar and you hear "Training..." even though you cant.

The Harvester is WAY off center from the actual selection area from the unit. ( NODs ) I assume this is known.

The harvester problem is caused by a broken HVA and it will be fixed in a soon-to-come patch. Yes, it is known, it is actually listed in the known bugs and issues topic.

Well then the news post needs to be updated to the correct topic cause it links to that as the bug report.

That's a problem of the TS engine and also exists in vanilla TS.
In short, i doubt we can fix that.

Well wouldn't BuildLimit=1 fix that? At the moment it doesn't even grey out.

it is. Thought TI has reduced the outgreyed shp that much, that you can barely see it, though if you look closer, you can see a grey circle. After some time you get used to it, though
