How can I clone the Psychic Dominator SW that way, so I can edit it to be a Psychic Beacon SW kind of superweapon, without a patch. Although I dont think it is possible to take tags from the ;Dominator Control text and put it at the clone.

Quite hard.Nearly impossible.General rules can be edited only once for only one SW.

Without a patch this is impossible. Cloning is not possible and even if you edit the current Psychic Dominator, it can never capture buildings.
