What game is this?

I was doing a search trying to get images of Red Alert 1 (Particularly full maps of multiplayer maps) and came across the image I have attached. I can see it's using what I think is a GRP file type of graphics as StarCraft 1 does, but I have absolutely no idea what the name of this game is. I'd like to try it, but just have no idea of what it's name is. Can anyone give me some insight?

Looks like a Starcraft mod. but i've been known to be wrong though. if anyone find this i'm so downloading it.

Look for starcaft fan sites you might find the sorce there. show the picture to them im sure they would know.

Thank you Hyper! I had no idea what the game was called because the place found the image never said where it was from.
