Ok. Before you import them look at the way other building's frames are ordered, then number your .pngs with the first frame being ''name 0000'' and the next frame as ''name 0001'' etc... Also make sure you select the correct pallete when importing (unittem) and the correct game.

Also check that all the frames are in the same folder.

This way the shp editor should import all the frames in the order you have defined with the shadows.

Hope this helps.

@Dartzo, .shp Builder dosent work like that. Atleast I've never gotten it to work using that way.

@Imp,You have to convert using xcc mixer with that method Dartzo mentioned, or make a .gif of the frames if you have an animation program and then import it into shp builder. I havent found any other better way.

I've tried using the Batch function in .shp Builder but was unable to get it to work correctly.

To use my method you need to make sure the PNGs are saved as indexed colour mode not RGB. That method worked fine when I was working on my GUI modifications.

I used photoshop to make the PNGs so I could easily change it to RGB colour mode for editing and back to indexed for importing to shp editor.

You can save as .gif which basically puts them into indexed mode.

What do you expect with such a low contrast between shadow and background?
At first i wanted to write "I don't see anything wrong. You've converted a complete blue picture into another one".

Change the shadow color into something else or change the background color into something else, so SHP builder can distinguish the shadow from the background.

for shadow frames use 252 for background color and 128 for shadow color. I Also noticed you have the shadows still in the main frames as well. That could be an issue, so you might want to fix that too.
