Yeah, did anybody see that show in which they called it "the last episode" and in which there was a race between a in which Hammond came by bike, Jeremy by boat and the rest I don't know how...

Does anybody know that theme in which there were "the last moments of the race" and which, in the end showed off that Hammond won?..

Also, the name of the episode would come handy as well.

Seen that one. Stig via Public Transport, Jeremy via boat, Hammond via bike and Clarkson via car.
Can't recall the name either atm (been a while since I watched Top Gear).
