I converted this one cause I kind of think this one looks better than the one in RA2. Even I am using this one Very Happy

I really like the look of this conversion.

However, am I the only one to think the structure's design is bizarre? The windmill tower is above the portion of the building with the least structural support.

Nice. More European/Soviet buildings from Generals if you're going to continue this. RA2 and YR are heavily lacking in the Europe department.

Yeah, it'd be better if the windmill structure began at the ground rather than at the roof.

Heh, was thinking exactly the same thing... it's a completely improbable structure.

I agree about the remap... 1-colour remap looks really crappy; you should use colorization of areas to actually change the existing graphics to red instead of just drawing over them MS Paint style.

The building on the ingame screenshot also has ugly blue edges. Thoug I don't see em on the SHP screenshot... fixed that? #Tongue

It fits the RA2 style. Check CABUNK01/02 for examples of this. Perhaps he can add another shade to darken the side facing away the from the light source, but besides that, it's supposed to be solid remap bar.

yeah, from what i've seen alot of civ structures use 1 color remap alot. But I do agree that 1 color does look kind of bland. I also figured out another method for converting these things, so the next couple ought to look much better.
