WTF? Thats a serious crime here in Ohio, a felony to be more precise. Carries a 2 to up to 10 yr prison sentence. From what I hera Texas is pretty strict on these types of crimes more so than Ohio. I'd seriously find out what thats all about. You didnt have some kind of all night drinking bash black out and beat the crap out of someone with a ballbat or pistol whip him did ya? They didnt tell you who was accusing you of this?

Yeah, It's probably a mistake.. Second time I've received a warrant for a guy named "Anthony Myers", but it's the wrong guy. I just think it's hilarious. Mi Madre flipped shits when she read it.

Surely you can discuss this with the law in those parts? Around here the police like to know when they're sending arrest warrants to the wrong person..
