Also, it tried to put the underground battle lab in shp and it has glichy remap. The game doesn't recognize some of red spots as remaps and SHP Builder too. Tried doing Red -> Remappable too.

Tomson mentioned & showed to me that the Early Development Prism Tower (I'll call it Prism Cannon to define the difference to the PreRelease/Release one)just used the Mayan Tower One. They probably just updated the design and recycled it as the Prototype the Soviets used.
Otherwise the Prism Cannon looks like a combination of the one on the Mayan Prism Cannon + the Base of the Patriot Missile.
I don't have my laptop at the moment but if Tomson needs it I made a Turret-less version of the Patriot Missile if he wants to continue on that "Prism Cannon"

At first glance it uses some assets from earrrrly PreRA2 dev, back when some of the stuff was leaked by an old teammate (and occasionally surfaces in random crappy mods)

Recently I found a bunch of official DOC by WW on RA2 such as interviews and unit and building descriptions, story details etc.
Note, the doc are from different stages of development so there are inconsistencies.
I also made a easy to view cameo DB, it comes in docx and doc format, the doc might look like crap tho, not sure.

I don't recall seeing a pre release pic, with the temperate Wf in it.I saw it only in the big image with both the soviet and allied bases battling., and the roof was covered up with snow.
I'm guessing thats why the temperate version roof is black.(I know you said the roof was this way, but im just taking a guess) QUICK_EDIT
Wf roof using same material as doors. Bluish dark grey which resulted to become a just dark grey in game because of colour limit. It is grey on open-roof artwork. Either way, much more impressive sidebars than what came with actual game, however main problem I see is the difference in right side as it duplicates the power bar design rather than what retail game went with and obviously how it fits into retail templates. QUICK_EDIT

If you are really going to do it note you will need to remake a lot of the elements because JPG compression messed them up, also look carefully at the final UI's, there are a few of elements of the final main menu UI in that are in that UI.

They almost were the final RA2 UI's but Dan was on a deadline, he had them already cut up and ready for the game but he sent the UI's to the devs too late

Vanilla sidebars are better for both IMO though with different logos they would be useful for other sides. The radar looks smaller on these. QUICK_EDIT
