What Operating System are you on? I got that error once on my new laptop (which is also Windows XP like my Desktop), however I ignored it, tried to run GAME.exe again and it worked fine plus the error message no longer appeared.
You've followed installation instructions properly, yes? And you're using only the files in the Twisted Insurrection download in your TI directory?

I'll need to remember that one for future reference. Curse you Vista and Windows 7 users.

it's an issue with language.dll, apparently. Hyper has been annoyed about it too.

Only on the first launch, or if you're running a limited user account with special restrictions. TI runs well on our school's computers although we have only limited user accounts there (ofc). I've played a few skirmish matches there Wink

Yes, TI should run unless your school computers have special restrictions set which prevent TS from registering its DLLs. You're going to get that missing DLL pop-up once, but if you run it again it should launch normally (unless the school computers have those restrictions).

It'd be to do with Vista not giving access to certain DLL's to a software thats trying to call it up with 'admin' rights which it wasn't given, its not a big issue to fix.
