1. Scrap TibED and modify the inis with a text editor.
2. Converting the stuff from TD/RA1 to TS:
a) extract the SHP with XCC Mixer from TD/RA1 mix files
b) convert the SHP with SHP Builder from the TD/RA1 Palette into the TS palette and remove the shadow
c) like step b, but create a second SHP which now has the shadow only
merge the SHPs from b (the unit) and c (the shadow) into one SHP with first the unit frames followed by the shadow frames
d) check out original TS SHP units to see how the frames in the SHP need to be ordered. Change the order of the converted SHP accordingly
Note: TS allows only 8 facings for SHP units (32 for the turret). Thus you can't convert 1:1 a TD/RA1 unit into TS and have to remove many frames from the chassis.
e) put the converted SHP into an ecacheXX.mix (XX= number between 02-99)
for buildings do the same as in steps a-c and e
d) fix the position of the building with SHP Builder, so it is centred nice in the TS cell grid
