[YR]Ural Mountains Survival (5)
Yeahhh haven't made a map in ages (feels like it anyway) since I've been busy making CoD UO maps instead... also the first map I've made in ages that isn't a mod of an official map, so I don't know if you guys will consider this a good or bad map. Only the cliff-layout for the middle one and the lighting is used in the Ural Mountain map in the RA2 single player...
Objectives
1. Defend your battle lab, if all 3 battle labs are destroyed, you lose.
2. Destroy all Allied forces, or buildings depending if short game is on/off.
Triggers
You start off with some stuff.
Some triggers are repeating, mostly spawned enemy units.
Other triggers are one-time spawned enemy units.
Some triggers give YOU reinforcements.
AI triggers for new taskforces.
Mods
AI team delays significantly decreased.
Mean AI with cheats.
AI builds clone Factories and barracks.
Soviet battle lab
- strenght increased
- unsellable
- TechLevel=-1
Prism/Mirage tank strength increased
Rhino/Grizzly build time decreased
Added anim to [120mmx] since the one they used in RA2 was taken out of YR (why?)
Can't build shipyard
Tesla tank
- Strength increase
- Cost decrease
- OpportunityFire=yes
Allied/Soviet construction yards now give a bit of power/money
Weather Controller
- cost increase
- Strength incrase
- Charged anim time increase
Lightning storm special
- DisableableFromShell=no
- RechargeTime=20
Other stuff
Admittedly, I haven't actually won on this map, being too rubbish at the game, but as far as I know, all the triggers and stuff work.
Allied MCV is surrounded by Hedgehogs, which explode with no anim and removed sound after some time. One of them explodes with the Chronosphere anim, giving the impression that the MCV has just chonoed in.
Three human players (start 1, 2, 3) have Soviet base. Make remaining players Allied AI, I use Britain and Germany.
Almost certainly something else I've forgotten.

BUMP, but nobody commented on this, IMO it looks good, most survival maps doesn't have any detail on terrain, but this one looks like more one of thoses co-op´maps.
That is not one of those maps that after some time spawns like 50 kirovs or so right?...RIGHT?
Nope
Survival maps that spawn 100,000,000 of a single unit at the same time are boring!
Also, since you're supposed to put AI as allies, only Allied units spawn anyway QUICK_EDIT

I played the map as far as I could. I knew there was a 99% chance of crash, seeing how I am using modified rules for my mod, all RA2/Yrui base buildings are gone. What I did see before the crash
The fact I had to break free my MCV before I could deploy it. Came under attack immediately by AI. About 5 min after I moved and deployed it, my power plant was destroyed.
In my opinion the map is too small, especially for 5 players, but from what I saw for 6 min of playing it didn't look like a bad map.

Ummm... are you sure you started in the right place?
You should only choose human players like yourself start in spots 1, 2 and 3... AI should be in 4 and 5, surrounded by Hedgehogs. QUICK_EDIT
