Destroyable Clffs?

Anyone know why DestroyableCliffs -->DCLIFF01/02 can only be destroyed by sonic type weapons?

I see, so if i add AmbientDamage= to any weapon it will destroy them? cool, I'll try it out.

@Krow, place them on the map using FA2, then when destroyed, it turns into a slope ramp.

Edit- oops, i missed the part where you said "beam" weapon with AmbientDamage=.

hmmm, it seems only using IsSonic=yes on the weapon will allow it to destroy the cliff. So actually any weapon can be used as long as it has IsSonic=yes and AmbientDamage= and of course RailGuns.

*What's "beams": In original YR this only includes sonic beams. However any new beams(if you're using a patch) that can deal AmbientDamage can do the same thing.

I believe RPatch and thus NPatch resolved this so that any weapon would destroy them, but yes for vanilla, ares and presumably your new patch for now LH_Mouse you need beams or railguns.
