alot, or 4107 as you put it, is not a real word. On the other hand, "allot" is, but it means "to ration". The term you're looking for is "a lot", which implies a large amount of something.

The flak dude laying down? Never got the chance to fire the LAW rocket when I was in the Army, but the only way you could fire lying down is while on a hill looking at a downward angle. Kneeling is fine, standing if fine, you fire it properly laying down and you can't even you the sights.
The grenadier looks like he is bringing his arm around in a complete circle. Give him a primary weapon and make grenade his secondary.
Now the light infantry has some promise. IMO, that one is the best one there.
They all look a little flat, bulk them up a bit shoulder wise. And you have to lose the green thing on his head, night vision as you call it. Way too big , that gives it a cartoony appearance. I do like the light infantry flipping his rifle around as idle motion.
I was about to submit post when I noticed the video.
Couldn't really make out the grenadier. too many tanks rolling around to get a true view of everything. IMO, the sandbags are too big and the infantry images should be made tad bit smaller and the walking motions a bit smoother, remind me of mario brothers.

I have suggestion for your 1337 speaking and your infantry. For 1337, put a non-1337 translation under it. For your infantry, darken a little. QUICK_EDIT
It's an interesting concept and design method, but I think we should be provided with a few ingames of these to really see if they are viable. Perhaps you should try making buildings as with them being bigger more detail could be applied, obviously it would be in it's own kind of style though, a voxel that big. _________________ QUICK_EDIT
