WTH!

I was planning to mod my RA2 with Yuri's Revenge Expansion Installed but i can't find the Rules.ini file!

It was missing or its hidding in some packed files or i just need to download the rules.ini file from the web!

What should i do!

Else, you can post your rules.ini file here(the unmodded one with yuri's revenge expansion)
