Just wondering if theres any tutorial about making a working 3rd house/side in tiberian sun...

I have made my 3rd House/Side but when i start morphing the MCV to ConYard, it won't let me build a Powerplant 'cuz the cameo of Powerplant was grey so i think there was wrong on my files, after reinstalling it i forgot the steps i did LOL!

Also i am looking for someone who can help me make a proper, simple, and working 3rd house/side...

PLS HELP!I'LL LOOK FORWARD FOR YOUR RESPONDS!
