Add "special" to the owner tag of all OTL units and buildings.

No, he means have Owner=OTL,Special.

Owner=OTL,Special <---the period in the end of "Special" isn't included

I would always suggest reading this tutorial when adding a 3rd or more sides. It is the most up-to-date one and well written.

And yes, it should be -> Owner=OTL,Special
