how do you make naval units with turrets

a allied battleship i downloaded has a turret and i don't know how to make it roate what do i need to put in the ART.INI?

He might be confused because of the Destroyer, which can't have a turret because of AltImage (to show the voxel that doesn't have an Osprey).
