At the heart of Yuri's new Naval Force is the Stingray Attack Sub launching duel Torpedos which will Merc both Allied and Soviet Naval Forces this and fast streamline desighn means the Stingray Attack Sub is great for quick Hit & Run Tactics as well as in Convoy with Larger Boomer Subs but does have weak armour

The Russian Combat Copter is Capable of Leveling Bases in little time at all it does not have any weapons but it does have 6 passenger slots although it can't hold vehicles like the Helix it can hold up to 6 Infantry which can shoot out of Gun Ports onboard

The Flipper Tank can flip any vehicle whether it be a Flak Track Or Apocalype onto it's roof Destroying It Instantly and only one may be deployed to the battlefeild at any one time

ok guys let's not start attacking modders because they are making a mod using assets,atleast he is giving credits,and you all know that asset's are there for "public use"

with conscripts,really!!,the normal AI dosen't build too much AA.

Korea have sacked Tanya and gone back to the classic Commando armed with High Powerd Sniper Rifle the Commando can shoot through loads of men in 1 shot he is also armed with Vehicle And Building C4 Charges

I don't know, the mod ooks great...but i think the flipper tank can be a bit overpowered, even if only one can be builty, he can destroy any other tank easily. =/
When it comes to adding new units in a mod, less is always more. Most of these new units you are proposing for this mod will either end up being redundant, extremely niche, inappropriate for their faction or will not be used at all.
Try having a single unit do the job of two-three other units that you have suggested. Not only will this save you from having to code so many different units but will make this single unit more valuable to the player. QUICK_EDIT

Cwe uh, stop being trolls here? Like really, it's his first attempt, it's not balanced, and it's probably n00bish like everybody else's first mod here. I know nobody here shit out their magnum opus the first time they opened Rules.ini
And fewer, moreso, people can make good assets. Public assets are also a taboo now? Jesus Christ. Way to support new modders.
OP: Take a step back, look at this mod, all of it, and decide what you want to do with it. Public release? private? Balance changes? New factions? Sit down and look at everything (play with people, not AI. Get a few people and test it out), see how it works, and go back to the drawing board. Adding everything and the kitchen sink into a mod might be fun the first time, but it won't be good for balance ,and it sure as hell won't get your mod attention. We've all re-enabled old units like the Howitzer and added most of this stuff. What my point is, look at the big picture when modifying and adding and deleting units.
Why? What's its purpose? Does it overlap with anything else in this faction's arsenal? Does it fit this faction? (Eg: Giving Nod a mammoth tank doesn't necessarily fit their personality.) Is it necessary? _________________ Victory! QUICK_EDIT

As Volgin said, ease up on this guy.
It reminds me of Stalemate and early Star Strike, especially with the epic unit lists and (Stalemate's) use of tons of public assets.
