That is a very stupid question. I really don't want to be harsh but from your previous topics before, you didn't even do your own research before you ask. I ain't gonna say no more. Just search in the rules(md).

Just experiment:
1) Open the TS rules.ini
---1a) Find an existing railgun weapon
---1b) Copy all the necessary entries into the RA2/YR rules(md).ini
2) Test in RA2/YR
---2a) Alter to solve any problems you find
Yay! You've tested to see whether the TS railgun logic works in RA2.
You just took up 10 minutes max to do that, and didn't have to post another topic.

Simply put, test, think, retest, ask in a topic. In that order Smile

ok now i've tryed 3 times and it has'nt worked need help plz

Ctrl+G, 16321, enter. If you're searching for it in rulesmd, replace it by 22631.

If you think about it, Rulesmd YR is Tiberum Suns Rules just built apon, having a look you should find a load of references to TS giving you some clue if there is code in the rules for TS stuff.
