Voxels with Legs & HVA. Help needed.
Ive been working on a mod for about a week or two now, and Ive gotten to the point where i need to start putting in models. the voxels are comming along great with few shading problems, nothing bad, but they actually help with the looks of the vehicels.
while this is my first time needing to make voxels, I have gotten stuck on the HVA part. Ive seen several post where people have asked for help, but allot of people just say its easy to figure out and they dont need help...
ive used the HVA editor a few times, but i think my problem is the models... Ive tried the whole model, and the model separated from the barrel, but it always seem to be messed up.
for the voxels with legs part. the mod im doing, has a 4 legged tank/spider thing, and a gun on the top (kind of obvious to some of you what it is... not gonna say what it is for the sake of the mod....) but i have no clue how to make the legs move in game... _________________ If you have screenshots of Halo maps please feel free to post them on DA and sumbit them to this group http://halomapscreenshots.deviantart.com/
You need to animate the hva file, start by cloning the first frame, move the legs a bit, clone again and move a bit. Repeat until the animation goes to the starting position. Save. You're done
