I'm asking since I'm thinking at studying there, hopefully at a American college (since I speak English more fluently than German, and I'd still be able to learn German) and at a Arts faculty, if possible (since I was thinking at continuing to learn 3D stuff.)

Kinda that's it. I'm not thinking at paying it (I really hope I can get a payed scholarship) since it would be WAY too much to pay for my family.
