why do all my voxel view screen shots turn out like this...

i'm making cameos for my units so i go into voxel viewerand make a screanshot then i look in my screen shots folder and they look like this all red and don't work in shp builder plzz help why is this?

I assume you haven't unmarked the "Highlight Voxel Section" box on the left hand tool column?

At least that's where it should be in OSHVA tool.

You've given us a screenshot, but apart from that there's not much to work with...

i've unchecked Draw Ground, Tile Ground and Draw sky and i changed background color to black then a save screanshot as bmp 64x48 but it's still red when i save it

Try updating your graphics card as stated earlier. The OS programs have problems with out dated graphics drivers.

i instaled a driver update twice but there still red

i used print screen the screen then oviusly was not red then i added into the os shp editor set everything up correctly went into cameo generator clicked import user custom bitmap (background) selected the background i wanted pressed ok but my cameo dosn't have a background? (also i don't know if this is any help but when i import the screenshot it's black and white but when you view preview and make a cameo with cameo generator it's in color agein)
