I was bored, I had a picture of some Russians fighting in Central-Asia, I gave him a gasmask, made the gun a bit more scifi, added in an explosion and gave the whole thing a post-apocalyptic vibe.

Yes, I'm planning something.

And no, if I WILL make it, it won't feature any of the standard C&C armies.

ONTOPIC:
The soldier looks a little blurry for being close range. Maybe add some details to him and remove some details from the building and such. You know, a fog like sense. Overall, it looks great.

Buildings like that only exist in the former USSR really. Heavily edit that if you intend on saying its like, not the USSR, basically.
