solving AI spending?

to my knowledge, AI isn't aware of Tib Silos
so they either build 3 Refinery-es or simply constantly make inf/veh
with that little storage they have that comes from 1 or 2 Refinery-es

I don't know if storage to them would produce, more interesting game
for player since they would have more money and would (I suppose) constantly
build better vehicles

did anyone tried to solve this problem
or only way is to make everything cheap ?

altho this also doesn't solve much as they get income blocked after Refenery
storages are full

AI practically spends everything the second it comes it. At the start of a match it has a large reserve, because the AI gets starting cash multipliers (with values depending on difficulty levels). Therefore it's rather useless letting the AI build silos, as they never store cash.

why are in some missions silos being added for "ai" ?

Decoration, the silos are full normally by a tag.

AI in SP is buggy though unlike skirmish.

If it really bothers you try making a insignificant, 1x1 (blank image structure) which is not selectable with Storage of 99999 for Tiberium

Also the SP AI don't spend cash like it going out of style like in skirmish.
