@crimsnoum: its mostly a brainwashed faction so russians wont lose there identity. @mevitar: at least they will have emp bombs that damages everything and shuts them down also missiles for structers and aircrafts

It looks a lot like the GDI powerplant from TS.

Not sure if possible, but 4 (should be possible) or 5 landing pads all around the tower might look better. (Using ares custom foundation)

I think i would also make every H face the same direction instead of towards the center.


The amount of detail is great though. Though i fear a lot will get lost when downsized to ingame scale, which makes things like the grid towers on the side look bad/with holes.

Excellent, love the additions. The only things that feel off to me are the 'H's. I feel like they should probably just be a texture or at least made lower so you can't see the lighting on them.

Impressive work here. Though you should use antialiasing more. Things look a bit too noisy and grainy like said above.

Also that grey box at the back of the phalnax ruins it IMO, looks a bit out of place.

The golden text is hard to distinguish without dark borders. I suppose the USA turret is supposed to be called Phalanx? It does remind me of the Phalanx CIWS, although that's an AA weapon.

The stars look tiny on vehicles. I'd ad least double their size. Also, instead of just multiplying the stars and chevrons, why not make the coloured differently according to rank? Bronze = veteran, Silver = elite, Golden = Hero

I don't think you can hide them from certain players, but AttachEffect animation will disappear (and will not reappear unless AttachEffect is reapplied) if the unit/infantry cloaks. Same behaviour as with the mind control ring animations.

Yep it worked like you said, except that when I applied the effect for the second time on my stealth chopper after I uncloaked it didnt take effect.

I think it's just the animation thing, i.e AE animations don't work very well with cloaked units. Not much that one could do in regards to that, except make the animations play but appear transparent like the unit itself, also hidden from others. Wouldn't likely be very easy to implement. Altough I wonder if this 'stealth chopper' is a BalloonHover unit. Probably not, though.

As for those animations, I think they might be two different frames of a same animation. "Hull exposed - Armor 75%" seems to make some sort of sense to me. Overlapping animations are bound to look nasty regardless of what kind of animation you use, though.

My stealth chopper deploys like a siege chopper as it wont cloak when airborne and it only does when landed and if you set off again the cloak remain but when lose the cloak while in the air you have to set it down again to recloak. Oh btw graion the chopper had it own cloaking abillity and its not optained via AE.

Ah, well indeed, Jumpjets can't cloak in air.

Starkku, cloak has some really wacky stuffs with it... you can't cloak the firer unit via a direct deployweapon, but you can with an airburst one... O_o and internally there should be no difference between the AE cloak and the crate cloak (it reminds me to the aircraft can't be cloaked after during their returnm but still couldn't have figured that out).

Nah, tbh I was just joking, after months of gathering and stuff... only 1.5 voxels are really have to got done in my part (IFV turrets and a radar jammer xD) and then finally I can move to more serious stuff.

So yea, I finally see the end of my tunnel, don't throw me more voxels... and then I can't resist and push them in somewhere and then it'll be a never-ending story... I don't want that.

Well anim is done buildup + damaged state is what remains the structer is fully animated.
