When I play in skimish mode with soviet nations and allies nations or only allies antions, these allies nations only build tanks and attack only 2 to 3 times, after that, they stay and do nothing , no tanks, no attacking
I dont know how to fix this, I play red alert 2 (not the yuri version)

In my mod, I added about 20 tanks and aircrafts, there is a problem that when I finish building a tank or an aircraft, the factory tab moves up or down automatically. Is there any suggestion to solve this?

Second is likely an NCO bug.

First is I guess a messed up AI.

Ai could just be going broke, or you have buildingslowdown=yes on.

Pahtfinding errors can cause ai taskfocres to get stuck sometimes as well, thus resulting in no attacks.

in my case, soviet nations still attack continuously, but allied nations do not attack, even build any thing, no aircraft, no rocketeer and no tank in their home as well

Did you mod AI? If not then check rules AI teams, if yes then you've broken it.
