Someone asked this a long time ago, and it wasn't pretty.

Just use Ares or NPatch and read its manual. Easier than you might expect.

I'm sorry, but then you have to switch over to YR, or somehow modify the Nuke or the Weather Storm to get the Ion Cannon look.

Weatherstorm can be made into ion cannon in yuri, I'm sure it can be done easily enough with ra2 though. However doing so will mean sacrificing the weatherstorm SW. Also many tutorials already exists so please use the search engine on ppm.

This is copy pasted tutorial from YR:Argentina made by Detail.
With this you can convert Psychic Dominator into ION Cannon, but you cannot have Psychic Dominator then because it is replaced with ION Cannon

If he's using RA2, he's got 2 choices, either lose the NukeSpecial, or lose the LightningStormSpecial. Theres no other way to do it.
