Ok heres a fully rendered Zombie i found at this site.http://www.reinerstilesets.de/. The only thing I did was use pivot 3.0 to create it into an animated gif. How can I change this into a shp for the game. Thanx in advance.

Use shp builder, the download is on ppm somewhere.

File > import > image to shp.

thx for thr help, when I used shp builder it only shows one frame on the gif. would i have to add each bmp one at a time, or can I get a shp from an animated gif?

I think you have to split the whole animation into frames, then batch rename them all to something like Zombie XXXX where XXXX is a sequence that starts at 0000.

Too hard it is, I know.

i have all the frames in bitmap format so i can rename them to zombie0000-zombie0188, so can import all frames at once or do i do all 188 frames one at a time, that frame spliter confuses me.

Just try import 0000, SHP Builder will automatically notice how many frames the object has and try to import all of them.

this is what i did, shp builder isnt reading anything automaticly is there a setting i should know about. Let me send the bmp files. they are names 0-188. i load the 1st in shp builder and then im lost. I tried sequence but i only see 1 frame.

If importing multiple files with SHP Builder make sure "read only first file" thing is checked under the "browse" button. They also need to be named "zombie ####" - replace #### with four digits starting from 0000. This can easily be done with Irfanview or some other batch file renamer.

I found out exactly what i did wrong, I was treating the bmp as a cameo, and kept checking the box, breaking its sequence at the import download screen. Thanx everyone for putting up with my madness and frustration, ill start posting all the models I found as soon as I get back from work. Thx again everyone.

You might want to know that the sequence is wrongly ordered, the facings start at North-west instead of north, you have to fix that first.

Ill do that, i have a question, the mod seems to act kinda funny in terms of shadows. it is reversed, when its in light it appears grey, and i see all colors when its in the shade of buildings, how can i fix that?
