What is the contest about?

You have to design a new splash (loading) screen for our mod..RA2 Massive Destruction

OK...Requirements?
=============

Skill, thats what we exactly need and also you need to make 2 versions for the screen resolutions , one is 640x480 and the other one is 800x600 and if you loading screen supports different palette please accompany it.

Whos gonna judge my work?
