Today Phil has posted more details on the upcoming server move. Project Perfect Mod and other sites will move from Nagini to a new server called Dobby, that has the following specifications:


Quote:
- HP ProLiant DL120
- Intel Quad Core X3440
- 8GB DDR3 RAM
- 2 x 1TB SATA2 HDDs
- CentOS 6.0 64-bit
- cPanel/WHM
- 5000GB Bandwidth
- 100Mbps Full-Duplex Uplink



Unfortunately, in order to move PPM to Dobby, the site will have to be suspended for some hours. Hours, because PPM has a lot of data using some gigabytes and that will demand time to be transferred. So, if you visit PPM and you get a site suspended warning, we have the following advice for you:

- Take a bath, watch a movie, drink a coffee and sleep a bit. Once you wake up, check it again Wink.


When PPM is suspended, you'll find the latest updates on this operation at Revora's Twitter channel.

If you have a site hosted at Nagini, please, read this post from Phil at Revora forums to understand how the server move operation will happen.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience, but once the site is moved to Dobby, we hope to no longer see any problems with the database and the site will load faster.
