Umm... what exactly is the problem? The "original" looks fine so why did you mess it up & then ask for help to fix it o.0

Autonormals -> Cubed Autonormals -> RA2 Range
Select the Smooth My Normals option at the bottom right
Contrast: 15
Smoothness: 5
