A while back now I posted a typeface that was called Chisel Regular, this was pretty much the typeface used on the TS logo. But since i have found what seems to be the family. Ultra Serif Download

Apparently Westwood edited it slightly by removing the chisel-marks from some of the letters.

I forgot to add this, but mentioned this before when i posted Chisel Regular.

I was working on editing Chisel Regular and removing the chisel marks, but failed.
