@Medalmonkey: get an external drive they prove to be invaluable. Alternatively get some free online storage service.
Personally, I use both methods, a 500 gb external to store/install games and backup my mod/college/thesis files. And dropbox to store, share or have quick access to some files (mostly college stuff and some video renders), and sync them between multiple computers.
Dropbox offers a free 2 gb account (can be upgraded free to 16 gb by referrals). Here's a referral link; this is totally not a shameless try to get more uploading space at all, really. Well originally it wasn't, until I noticed, just today (by writing this post, that the maximum free account store space was raised by 8 gbs.

Agreed on the External Hard Drive, they are life savers. I have a 2TB External and it has saved me so much hassle, not to mention having the extra space on my laptop allows it to run much faster. QUICK_EDIT
Can't you just put your HDD in a different computer and restore all you files, that's what I did (more then once), if its just your computer that got fried your HDD might have survived, its worth a try. QUICK_EDIT

With the release of the 3d models, it would be a huge waste of time doing any further photoshop copy& paste work on the infantry.
Editing 1000 frames by hand just to replace a weapon, is done in a few minutes with the 3d model. And then you can also have correct shadow and lighting. _________________ SHP Artist of Twisted Insurrection: Nod buildings
I still have plans to make a flamethrower and shock trooper based on what Metalmonkey did. The flamethrower is just a concept and the shock trooper is still unfinished however, I just never have the time and interest at the same time. QUICK_EDIT
I wonder if you would upload a version without the radar dish,so it can be used simply as the snow version of the original one?
This is from OverWatch's thread, but as I wanted to use the Cyborg Tech Centre myself, I edited OverWatch's *MK files to remove the radar dish and put them up here (MedalMonkey never released his *MK files AFAIK, though the preview GIF could probably be used as a starting point).

Well, there is no question regarding your work, it is already amazing, which direction you chose! Its all good to me, but let's say, I prefer that second version with shadows for example. But like I said all is good.

Oh man, those are amazing buildings! I like that prison with fences, I like those large buildings next to the palace. That looks like the Soviets proving their architectural capabilities!
I especially like those chemical buildings, and surrounding infantry!
