Why is that suspicious? I tried Stage1=1 but that made the weapon unable to fire its weapon manually as well.
I thought it was cloakable, commented it out but it didn't resolve this issue.

Well stages don't stack, so it should really be

Stage1=300
Stage2=600
Stage3=900

If you want 300 frame intervals.
