Voice Ripped from Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds, Strangely enough the Voice Actor did both units in the same voice so you can mix these around with some of the quotes being replaced here and there.

9656 - "Attacking Sir"
9657 - "I'll take this one"
9658 - "I've got your back"
9659 - "My Blaster is yours"
9660 - "Lead me to Battle"
9661 - <Death>
9662 - "Zian Finnis here"
9663 - "I heed your command"
9664 - "Just as you say"

10079 - "For the Confederacy"
10080 - "Down with the Enemy"
10081 - "This is Zian"
10082 - "You got Zian"

First I didn't got what Helix you meant.... but this guy has probably the best voice in the entire game.

That's the voice of the Helix Chopper from China in Generals : ZH, Though I guess that unit wasn't as memorable as the Overlord or the SCUD Launcher maybe?

Just found that he did it in the same voice too so I guess you can easily mix them both.
