Question Thread & Pushes in the right direction

So yeah I've been away from modding for quite some time and I've become amateur ;p I have forgotten how to do certain things so here's my question thread.

First off, I have a PCX Image I want to convert it into SHP and Get a PAL aswell, How do I do this? XCC seems to not want to make the PAL =/

PCX image must be 256-colored to create a pal from it.

In other words, you must use an 8-bit image to create a custom palette.

Right so I'm making a mission for a Yuri Campaign, how do I 1 get it to use the Yuri House as the primary player? and show the Yuri Themed UI.

As it defaults to American only.

House of human player: YuriCountry
Then, under the properties of YuriCountry, set IQ to 0 and Player control to yes. If default is Americans, change its IQ to 5 and Player control to no.
