Looking for snow particle system tutorial

There was a link to 3d modeling site on here but I can not find where it is. It was in a discussion about 3d modeling. I saved the link but had to redo computer and lost all bookmarks. Any one have a snow particle video tutorial link?

just place one of the Snow Particles that 3dsmax has. Adjust the settings to your liking and render it.

well, the video tutorial I mentioned was perfect, it was in this section....just cant find it
