I am trying to make a FogOfWar-like feature with Shroud=No, ShroudGrow=Yes, ShroudRate=0.01. But after the battlefield's Shroud is reform-ed completely, it stop reforming Shroud, even after the unit leave. Any idea to fix this?

Regrowing shroud is broken & inconsistent in RA2 & there currently isn't anyway to fix it.

You can use dummy gap generators that cover the whole map as a workaround tho but it makes the radar glitch.

That might black it out. Epic fog of war. So thick your monitor doesn't work.
