RA2 Questions

Hello everyone. Im kinda new to editing RA2 and I have a couple of questions.

1. How do you make the Paris TOwer buildable and the AI doesnt use this?
2. How do you make a spy available for the Soviets?

Im using TibEd Professional v1.71

Change the Techlevel on the Paris Tower to anything between 1 and 10.

and for the Spy add PrerequisiteOverride=NAHAND,NATECH and add

Owner=Russians,Confederation,Africans,Arabs << onto the existing owner tag

Why are you using TibEd? It sucks, INI editing via notepad is much easier IMO.

Thanks Comr4de it was late haha ;p also I concur use Notepad or Notepad++ its much better.
