Neutral/Special house building in multplayer
I've found way to make Neutral/Special build buildings in multiplayer. Yeah, it really works but I thought you guys should see it and test it out.

Remember that Neutral and Special houses don't have any money at start so they can't build. So you need to make them have money some way, for example make Tiberium Refinery and Harvester with map editor.
The example code works only when you have MCV or Bases On. It doesn't work when you have made only CY with map editor. QUICK_EDIT
