This, so far, is my extensive bug list and test results.

I have double-tested all of GDI extensively, except a few more powers.

It is attached in a PDF.

Hey Tiberium Essence kings, could you check out this Titan problem?

They can't hit any moving target when the Titans are either moving or standing still. It seems like their turret is following the target to slow (when reloading)

But after the railgun upgrade, this problem is over.

Can you help me out with this problem? Thnx man
