Yeah,its known misc title, mostly questionable balance but if don't mind sheer fodderism its fine and as far sales went, it was a minor title seemingly.

I've seen a review of that game on TV quite some time ago, it seemed like something in sort of the same vein as Red Alert (alternate WWII history and all that). Some of the in-game cutscenes looked like there were heavily inspired by Red Alert or even the first C&C. Never played it though.
