I don't see any tag specify SPYP as Spy Plane for SpyPlaneSpecial, or it is hardcoded to [SPYP] ID?

When you can't find tag to define the ID then it is hard coded typically and SPYP is so in this case.

you can add a different aircraft and name it [SPYP] if your looking to use something else. Or use Ares.
