I was wondering if you could make the TeamDelays very low (in order to have a tricky AI that builds almost non-stop), but make them still only focus on building one Teamtype at a time, and not just switch to building a different Teamtype for every unit they build, as this causes base clutter.

No, teamdelays delay value always call for construction of new team and that is no doubt randomly picked from aitriggertypes as usual and too low value causes clutter & notable lag due to teams being left unfinished thus half teams endup stuck in the base as their construction take too long as another team is began to be made with low values.

Only viable idea might be to have teams of only 1 unit so it would send out constantly and build frequently and hopefully avoid clutter them in base.
