Hello mortals!
I extracted sounds, renamed them properly (1,2,3,4,5 select, 6,7,8,9,10 move, 11,12,13,14,15 attack), then converted into valid .wav so RA2/YR can use it.
Be note that in game there are more sounds, however I just chose 15 of them.
All what you have to do are following 2 things:
1. put files inside .bag file or copy paste them into RA2 folder if you are using Ares
2. Open Soundmd.ini then:
In [SoundList] paste this

1181=ScrinPASSelect
1182=ScrinPASMove
1183=ScrinPASAttackCommand

And somewhere down paste this

[ScrinPASSelect]
Sounds=splanet1 splanet2 splanet3 splanet4 splanet5
Control=random
Volume=85

[ScrinPASMove]
Sounds=splanet6 splanet7 splanet8 splanet9 splanet10
Control=random
Volume=85

[ScrinPASAttackCommand]
Sounds=splanet11 splanet12 splanet13 splanet14 splanet15
Control=random
Volume=85
