The True Brotherhood makes its base in Australia. While they accept both cybernetics and project ReGenesis, they feel that other Nod forces misuse its potential.

Units:

Black Hand Elite: Enchanced Cybernetic Super Soldier. Standard infantry armed with ground devastating plasma rifle and anti-air missiles. Despite being subjected to implants and ReGenesis, the soldier is able to think for itself but maintains absolute loyalty to NOD.
