7esting some units that I made. Still deciding which ones should deploy and which ones shouldn't. I'm having huge trouble choosing which units should go on which team. I may create a 3 faction modification if I could just choose the correct units for the correct teams. LA3 vs SPY vs NE7.

they need more details. Wink
give units the deploy feature only if it helps balancing them, if it's an obvious functionality, or if it gives the game something special. Wink if you just add it to one of the units for the sake of adding it, then it will surely look out of place.

the only thing deployable here can be that cartoonish artillery
and maybe that bottom thing with giant cannon

in which case the giant cannon thingy would win the duel #Tongue

I like deployable units because a commando can C4 them when they are deployed. I was thinking I could use an artillery that is a tank when it is undeployed.

When I mentioned LA3 vs SPY vs NE7, those were the faction names. As for the unit names I try to be accurate with them sometimes I'm wrong.

With some messing around you're potentially able to create an artificial C4 weapon which a commando can use on non-deployed units.
You basically need a short-range weapon that can target everything except for infantry and then think of a method to shortly delay the explosion (easiest is probably by using Next= on the warhead's animation and making the animation specified after Next= inflict the actual damage).
This way you won't needlessly have to make units into deployers.

Sounds interesting, I'd love a weapon that could C4 every vehicle, that would be ztyping radical.
