There's this unique bug I've found.

Essentially, I'm trying to make attack helicopter that can attack air and ground targets. Since just adding anti air stuff to aircraft doesn't work I went with the second best thing.

Problem is when I set something to move like jumpjsets, they're invincible when up in the air. I can't figure out how to get around this.

Welcome to the group of modders that try to get jumpjet vehicles working.

There exist already a few workarounds, but all still with some issues.
using railguns ambientdamage
-missiles and other projectiles don't look good anymore, because damage is done instantly by the railgun.

using Jellyfish=yes
-units don't attack automatically the flying vehicle. You have to order them to fire. (problematic especially with AI, which would ignore the aircraft)

Im trying to work out this works, they are Invincible when fired at by Railguns, only?

Railguns AmbientDamage only.
The normal damage of a railgun still isn't working.

It seems the game puts the flying vehicle in some sort of layer/state, which any normal Damage (particles, anims and weapons) can't reach/affect. Only the AmbientDamage is able to do damage to a vehicle in this layer/state and only the AmbientDamage of railguns (AD from a firestream doesn't work too).

Best hint is to check Jellyfish=yes and Jumpjet=yes, as these move a flying vehicle/infantry out of this layer/state and make them vulnerable. However, with Jellyfish=yes auto-targeting at the flying vehicle doesn't work and only if a ground unit is fired upon, the ground unit will retaliate and fire back at the flying vehicle.
