Revealing the Map & Spreading Tiberium ?

There are 2 things that I can't figure out how to do.

[1] How do I set up a map so that there is no fog of war,I want the map totally revealed to all players.

I tried unchecking the FOG box in WB but it doesn't work.

[2] How do I set up Tiberium so that it slowly spreads throughout a map ?

1st: dunno how
2nd: impossible. If you would have looked in the Tiberium craters object in WB, you would see they only spread Tiberium in a certain radius. This is done because letting Tiberium spread like in TS would cause massive lag, if the engine doesn't give up completely at one point.
